After forty-three (43) years in business in the IT Marketplace, the Principals, Dennis Cyrus, and Mike Maiman, at G/S Leasing, Inc (G/S Solutions, G/S Software Solutions, G/S Data Solutions, collectively the "Company") have decided to retire and transfer all the existing leases and active customer accounts to our existing sales and technical personnel and their affiliated entities. The Company will not engage in any business activities except for the purpose of winding up and liquidating its business and affairs in accordance with Michigan law.
